PROGRAM:

Boosting Psychological Wellbeing

Utilising evidence-based research, The Mind Institute’s Psychological Wellbeing program takes a three prong approach to teach and implement the skills and thinking techniques to boost psychological wellbeing.

This is a bespoke designed program that uses our proprietary framework to deliver psychological wellbeing outcomes such as enhanced psychological flexibility, resilience, understanding and collaboration.

TRAINING: 

#PsychWB Connection Program

Building connection with another human is natural but doing it deeply takes effort. This program goes through different psychological concepts to equip your people with tools to create lasting, deep, collaborative connections.

TRAINING:

Psychological Safety

This training session will dive into a new approach to psychological safety.  Research based, The Mind Institute has developed a unique program, based on its research, that takes an integrated approach to psychological safety.

  • Organisation / Culture Psych Safety
TRAINING: 

Using Character Strengths for Collaboration

Using the evidence-based VIA Character Strength Survey, this program introduces people to a new positive language to foster collaboration and deeper connection..

TRAINING:

Managing the “New Normal” Psychological Wellbeing for Change

Using evidence-based strategies from positive psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy, this session will provide clear tools and techniques to help challenge, question, and respond to uncomfortable situations to take on the “new normal” with a calm, curious, confident mind.
