Beth is a versatile business and mental health executive who has lived and worked in 5 countries, giving her unique global and cultural perspectives. 

She has an MBA and an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London. 

As founder of The Mind Institute, she combines her 20+ years of business experience in program, marketing, and content management with her 10+ years of scientific study designing, developing and delivering people-centric initiatives for her clients.

Her clients include small and mid-sized organisations, education establishments, and associations.

Beth is a huge advocate for mental wellness education for tertiary students, performing as a guest lecturer and tutor at colleges in both the UK and Ireland. She lives in Dublin with her husband, two children and two crazy ginger cats. 


A versatile executive, Beth has 20+ years of corporate experience in the digital advertising, digital finance, and non-profit sectors across FIVE countries (USA, AU, UK, Singapore, and IRE) giving her a wide breadth and depth of corporate knowledge and a global perspective. 


My clients were from top fortune 500 companies including HP, Amdocs, 3Com and Xerox, small and large digital advertising and pulbishing agencies, and both global and local non-profit organisations including WWF and AIDS Action.


I worked as a project leader for some of the worlds top events, including the Volvo Ocean Race, Earth Hour, NextMoney and ad:tech.  My Corporate Career has always been about working with people. 


I had the honour of teaching International students two topics: Organisational Behaviourand Project Management at Kaplan International College in London and continue as a Guest Lecturer at TU Dublin.


As a certified psychological coach, I help individuals develop their inner voice, tackle personal goals, and overcome thinking blocks.  My approach uses evidence-based therapeutic coaching processes for sustained thinking change.
